When I am giving psychic readings, one of the most common questions people ask me is “who is my soul mate? ” Finding the answer to the question “who is my soul mate? ” can be a life changing experience, because finding your true soul mate love is indescribable by words.

What Is A Soul mate?

It’s important to first understand what is a soul mate. People hear the word soul mate, and use the word soulmate, all the time, but most people never really take the time to sit and think about what it really means!

Here’s the definition I like to use:

“A soulmate is the man or woman of your dreams! When the two of you meet, your lives will flow together naturally, harmoniously, and seemingly effortlessly!”

Soul Energy And How It Works

The reason you run into your soul mate again in this lifetime is easy to understand once you know how soul energy works.

All of us are made of energy, which is also referred to as our energy vibration, or soul energy. Each person resonates an energy vibration that is as unique as his or her fingerprints.

Everyone living being has a vibratory energy that radiates from their soul, and goes out into the universe. So when the soul energy of your soul mate recognizes your soul energy when it is floating out in the ethers of the Universe, those energies connect, and act like two magnets that will draw the two of you together.

What It Feels Like When You Meet Your Soul Mate

Since your energies have drawn the two of you to a place where you will eventually meet, when you finally meet your soulmate, it is not uncommon to feel a strong, almost magnetic-like attraction to that person! The benefits of meditation are known to anyone who practices it, including me! Very early on in my life, I realised how the benefits of meditation made a positive impact on my psychic abilities, and have continued to do so even today.

What is Meditation?

Meditation can be used to achieve a state of relaxation where you can connect with your higher consciousness. When you meditate, you can detach from the physical world, and reach a state where your mind becomes open to your deepest spiritual potential.
It is in this pure mind state that your spiritual self is able to become open to the many healing vibrations around you. Meditation helps you achieve a sense of deep relaxation, the development of your internal energy, and the channelling of your psychic and spiritual energy.

Meditation Throughout History

Meditation may have been discovered millions of years ago by cavemen while staring into the flickering flames of their fires!
Some of the earliest recorded accounts of meditation date as far back as 1500 BC. Meditation has been practiced by enlightened, spiritual leaders from all over the world, in such places as India, China, Israel, and even the early Muslim world.

How to Meditate

Meditation can be life-transforming. to Here is a mneditation technique you can use that is not only powerful, but will also help you to open and free your soul!

The First Steps

Before you begin to mediate, make sure that:
- You are alert.
- Your last meal was at least two hours ago.
- You are wearing something comfortable.

1. Choose your environment

Find a quiet room. If outdoors, under the shade of a beautiful tree would be a peaceful place to meditate. It is important that you meditate somehwere where you won’t be disturbed. If you are meditating in a room, draw the blinds, light some candles, or put on some soothing music to set the mood.

2. Sit comfortably

You can sit in a chair, or on the floor. It is important to be comfortable, but do not slouch. Then place both hands on your knees, palms up.

Peaceful Meditation

3. Watching Your Breath

Close your eyes and start taking long, deep breaths. Inhale with your nose, and exhale through your mouth. Your breathing will start off deep, but gradually will become more shallow.

4. Become aware

While you continue to breathe, you will begin to feel completely relaxed and calm. Continue to focus on your breathing. If your attention strays from your brathing, just gently bring it back to your breathing.

5. Relax
You will be feeling a calmness washing over you, as you find yourself slowly losing touch with your physical being.

How Long Should You Meditate

Meditation takes time, since your mind will be naturally active in the beginning. So know that it takes time to grow into a meditation practice.

Think of it like the seed of a beautiful flower. With enough tender loving care, that seed will bloom into a fragrant blossom. In the same manner, your consciousness is a tiny sapling within you, waiting to bloom, and nurturing it with meditation will help it flourish and grow.

I recommend starting out doing this for 10 minutes in the morning, and 10 minutes in the evening. Then gradually increase to 20 minutes, twice a day.

When you understand what are the seven chakras, you will be able to also use meditation to help to keep your seven chakras balanced and aligned.

Regular practise is needed for you to experience the fullest benefits of meditation. But in time, the benefits of meditation will start to manifest in every aspect of your life, as it has in mine.

When it comes to life on other planets, many questions may arise on the subject, such as, ‘What are crop circles, “does extraterrestrial life exist’, “what do aliens look like’? Today I am going explore, what are crop circles’ and what they mean in relation to alien life.

What are Crop Circles?

Crop circles are circular indentations or impressions in a field or meadow, left behind by the spacecrafts of intelligent beings from another planet.

They are designs left in crop fields that are very intricate and elaborate in nature. Their shapes are geometric, and some experts believe they have a connection to mathematical equations. Crop circles are not just circles, they also come in many different shapes like triangles, swirls etc.

Crop cirlces are created when certain areas of the crop are forced down, while others are left intact. They appear overnight, and usually only at night time. They are one of the many forms of evidence of extraterrestrial life on other planets.

Crop circles can be found in fields growing things like oats, corn, barley, wheat, rye and even tobacco, and most crop circles are found very close to a steep hill. Careful study of crop circles and the fields in which they appear, have unexplained elevated levels of radiation and electromagnetic energy.

Crop Circles in History

Crop circles have been appearing for centuries, but were almost never recorded because people were not aware of what they were in those days. Back then, they were attributed to either god or the devil. They were believed to be symbols of foreboding or warning by the gods, or acts of mischief by evil demons that roamed the earth.

The earliest reports of crop circles date back to the English countryside about 300 years ago, where farmers reported unidentified circular shapes embossed in their fields. The designs were too complicated to have been created by the human hand, and were shrouded in mystery. Since then crop circles have been documented in The United States, Japan, India, Canada, Australia and many other parts of the world.
Why Are Crop Circles Created?

Some believe that crop circles are cryptic messages left for us by alien life forms to decipher. These could be imprints of greetings, friendly communications, or even a heed to warning. Others believe that aliens simply want to subtly alert us to their existence. There are some who assume crop circles to be navigational way points to help alien spacecrafts steer their way back and forth from their home planet to ours.

Are Aliens Dangerous?

I believe aliens visit the Earth because they are curious about us. They want to share their knowledge and information, and to extend a hand of friendship to earth. They may want to propagate their race, and at the same time, propagate ours as well. They are gentle, docile, and intelligent beings, that only want to communicate with us.
