The psychic energy today will be quite indecisive. I would comapre it to a day when the sky is sunny, but then threatens to bring in heavy rains and winds. Then the sun shines bright again, after a few minutes, and everything is okay.

This energy today will influence people, and many people will become very unpredictable. Your supervisor may give you instructions, then change his mind, or your friend may promise one thing, then take it back after a while.

You may find yourself changing your mind about a lot of things, too. The best thing to do today is to avoid making choices altogether, and leave the decision-making for tomorrow.
