Be more attentive when driving, so you can act fast against those driving recklessly. Teenagers are likely to act without worrying about the outcome, so make sure to keep a close watch on any teens or adolescents in the house, before they get out of control.

Also, watch the words coming out of your mouth to make sure that you don’t hurt people with your sharp comments.

The way to deal with the energy today is to plan ahead and avoid situations that might lead to recklessness.

Take a deep breath if you feel stressed so your acts will not lead to heedless acts and result to negative consequences.
