A. The psychic power to walk on ceilings and the sides of buildings, like a fly?

B. The psychic power to be able to hear up to two miles away?

A is more of a psionic than psychic ability as it has physical application. At this time I could not think of any substantial use for it though. Someone else might have a better time thinking of a use for it aside from getting to that top shelf nobody could ever otherwise reach or being spiderman and walking up the side of a building. 😛 They are valid uses, but don’t really have much purpose to do so. Top shelf is probably more practical.
B would likely drive you plain mad if it’s not an at will ability, but has potential in developing clairaudience.
To be able to hear up to two miles away …
I have always imagined being able to walk on the ceiling and walls of many buildings. I would certainly prefer being able to just change perspective like that rather than having super hearing. As someone who already has sensitive ears I can only imagine what a pain it could be to hear something so far out of my range of influence.
