It could be because a relationship ended, or you were not promoted to the position you desired, or an opportunity just fell through. Your life may seem helpless and have a gray hue.

Always remember that when you’re feeling lost and confused, stop and slow down. It’s going to be alright. Your life is not doomed and you will still find yourself again.

You may just be going through an incubation period and transformation. So don’t be stuck in your current state. Reconnect with your dreams and you will have the desire to take action and find yourself again.
