The psychic energy today is going to be more of a stressful nature. Today, it is likely you’ll feel that no matter what you do, you are being attacked from all sides. Such a feeling is likely to produce strong negative thoughts.

Be aware, however, this perception is not fully representative of reality in the sense that while you may face stressful situations, it is your attitude and response towards such situations, which will make all the difference.

As the saying goes, “do not fight fire with fire” if you hope to avoid a major blaze. When you feel stressed, step back from the situation, relax a bit, and gather your strength once more before seeking to solve the problem.
