Try to manage your expectations so you will not be irritated easily. If you are riding the train during rush hours, expect that others may accidently push you. By knowing this may happen, it will lessen your irritation and calm you. Also if there are people you don’t get along with, avoid meeting them today, so you can prevent the possibility of a heated encounter.
We all have the option on how to respond on things that bother us. You can allow the situation to get worse by mulling over it for the rest of the day, or move on and learn from it. It’s up to you!
