How To Always Feel Happy
One of my main Spirit Guides, named Macar, usually impresses upon me a strong feeling when someone needs a bit of encouragement or an uplifting bit of reflection.
He told me to write this, send it out, and that it would find its way to the right person.
So I hope this finds you well.
Happiness is something that we always think of as something we will have once something else takes place.
See if any of the following ideas apply to you:
I will be happy when I have my credit card paid off
I will be happy when I am no longer in this marriage
I will be happy when I change jobs
I will be happy when I graduate
I will be happy when I find true love
I will be happy when I make more money
I will be happy when my health improves
I will be happy when I have more friends
I will be happy when I get that promotion
I will be happy when I have kids
A Piece Of Buddha-Wisdom Truth
Happiness is an inner state of mind that is not found by placing our desire to be happy into outside circumstances. It is only found when you look within and ask the deepest part of your soul, “What makes me happy?”
I hope this was helpful for you…whoever this was intended for.
In light and peace,

Your message was received and right on time! I know this but sometimes we all need that reminder to put us in our place.
Hello Mr. Hoy,
It’s almost 4:15pm and I’m just getting around to reading your email. I must admit I was just pondering over this topic on my way to work early this morning. I said to myself…I will be ‘happier’ IF I knew for sure that HE, the man that I have deep feelings for, would genuinely be a part of my life. IF I only made a littler more money to pay these bills! Then I added what you have confirmed to me. I can’t WAIT on those things to happen to be happy. I must look within myself and find what makes ME happy without those things. This is challenging for me because I am always giving of myself and never really sat down to think what makes me happy. Thank you for sending this message!
you’re welcome, Patty!
Thank you Tana! God bless you! This is so true and written very well!
