B. Because people and municipalities can prepare for a hurriance and/or evacuate. People and municipalities will not be aware of the impending earthquake and cannot prepare nor evacuate.

Why an earthquake?
I would definitely choose to be able to stop an earthquake!
Because they SCARE me, really bad! lol
I was in the 1971 San Fernando earthquake February 9th, 6.5 or 6.7 -quake
I was 3, and the whole house was shaking- that’s my earliest memory lol my sister and I ran into my parents room, and my dad yelled to get back in bed. Apparently my mom, me and my sisters slept by the front door for days afterwards because we were scared (I don’t remember that part though)
64 people were killed, 553 million in damage.
