A calm mind is like a pond with no wind blowing. The water is smooth as glass, crystal clear, and the light can freely shine through it!
A calm mind is illuminated by the light of the universe, and a person who has a calm mind feels more at peace, more in control of their life, and answers come easily to them.
This is because their mind is not murky and cluttered with negative thoughts, so everything in life becomes clearer. Life becomes a happier place.
When you learn how to calm your mind, your life will become brighter, depression and sadness will become a thing of the past, and people will notice your new-found joy by the way you talk, look and act.
