The truth is you can learn to control your thoughts. You can learn to control what you think, how you feel, and learn to be happy on a daily basis!
People in the Far East have known how to do this for centuries!
With practice, you can control your mind, rather than have it control you!
I recommend beginning a practice of daily meditation twice a day, for at least 15 minutes each time. This is a good start to developing mind control.
The truth is, 90% of people’s worst fears NEVER happen! But their mind tells them their worst fears will happen, and this is why your mind can create heaven, or hell for you – right here on earth!
So as you can see, it is very important to have control over your mind – instead of it having control over you, so that you feel happier, less depressed, less anxiety, and less fear in your life!
