Here’s Your Monthly Horoscope For October 2026

I received a few emails this week from people asking questions about their psychic readings.

And something struck me.

Even though the situations were completely different, the questions were about things I hear all the time.

So I thought I would share two of these emails with you because the answers may help you understand your own psychic readings, relationships, and future a little better.

Almost Everything Came True – Except One Thing

Here is the first email I received:

Dear Tana,

I had a reading with you about two months ago, and almost everything you told me came true.

But there was one particular thing that has not happened yet, so I was wondering why everything except that one thing came true?

Is it something I did?

This is actually a very important question.

Dear Tammy,

There are a few things that can be the reason for this.

1. Free Will Can Change The Outcome

Free will, either yours or another person’s, can sometimes change the direction or timing of an outcome.

This is one reason I recommend having a reading at least every three months.

Life continues moving after a reading.

People make decisions. Circumstances change. Someone who was originally moving toward one choice may suddenly make another.

When that happens, a follow-up reading can sometimes reveal how the situation has shifted and what may now be developing instead.

2. Not Enough Time Has Passed

Sometimes the prediction simply has not happened yet.

Some things unfold quickly.

Others require a chain of events to happen first.

One situation may develop within days while another can take months. This is why patience can sometimes be one of the hardest parts of receiving information about the future.

3. Spiritual Time Frames Can Be Different

Sometimes Angels and Guides can be off on their time frames because time is experienced differently in the spirit world.

I always try to give the most accurate timing possible, but timing can sometimes be one of the most difficult parts of psychic information.

A prediction can be correct while the exact month or date shifts slightly.

That is something I always want people to remember.

But then I received another email.

And this one made me smile.

She Found The Man I Described – Then Found A Problem

Here is what Amanda wrote:

Dear Tana,

We had a reading a few months back and you told me I was going to meet a man.

You even told me his first name, what he would look like, and even what his favorite color would be!

Well, I met him and he was just like you described!

He is a great guy, and nicer than anyone I’ve ever met before, but now that I have met him, there is one thing that bugs me about him.

He showers twice a day!

He likes to shower at night and in the morning! I understand wanting to be clean, but showering twice a day seems to me to be a bit extreme!

He is everything I ever wanted, except for his extreme showering habits!

Could he still be my soulmate?

I had to laugh when I read this.

Not because her question was silly, but because it illustrates something people do in relationships all the time.

Sometimes we finally receive exactly what we have been asking for…

…and then we start searching for something wrong with it.

I don’t think there is anything wrong with someone wanting to be clean! As a matter of fact, many people shower twice a day.

It seems to me that he simply likes keeping himself clean, and I imagine he probably likes smelling good for you at night too!

Is This Really A Reason To Question Your Soulmate?

If showering twice a day is the only thing you find wrong with him, then maybe you need to reevaluate your concept of what a soulmate is.

That is the important part.

Soulmates are not determined by whether someone has every habit you would personally choose for them.

Soulmate relationships are about the deeper connection between two people.

Love.

Trust.

Respect.

Emotional connection.

The feeling that the two of you genuinely belong in one another’s lives.

When it comes to finding a soulmate, it is important to really think about what is, and what isn’t, truly important.

I think his showering is a pretty good problem to have!

Sometimes We Sabotage Something Good

Amanda’s email brings up a much bigger point.

Sometimes we can become so focused on tiny imperfections that we stop seeing what is wonderful right in front of us.

Nobody is going to arrive in your life without habits, quirks, preferences, or characteristics that are different from yours.

The real question is whether those differences actually matter.

When two people connect through genuine love, trust, respect, affection, and emotional compatibility, they have something rare.

And something rare should not be thrown away because one person showers twice a day!

Sometimes the difference between finding lasting happiness and losing it is simply knowing what deserves your attention and what does not.
