I have been doing a lot of astral traveling lately. Astral travel is when you use your soul body, or astral body, to travel to other dimensions, places in time (either the past or the present), and you can even travel to visit someone, allowing you to see and hear what they are doing. 

My mother has been an astral traveler for many years, and since we do not live in the same city, we often meet each other in the astral realms for a visit! We have traveled all over the world together. I think our favorite astral trip together was when we traveled back in time to ancient Egypt, and visited Cleopatra! We learned a lot about her, and what it felt like being a queen!

Astral travel is an amazing skill to learn. Astral travel does what web cams cannot do! Web cams cannot allow you to travel into the future, or back in time to see people! I guess astral travel was

the web cam of early times, when people could not see each other! Astral travel allowed people to visit when they were far away from one another!

Here is an astral travel technique you can try on your own! If you practice this, you will be amazed by this powerful psychic tool!

1. Close your eyes.

2. Take 3 deep breaths.

3. Visualize an exact energy form of yourself standing in front of you.

4. See this form connected to you by a silver cord.

5. Determine where you would like to travel to.

6. Mentally send this energy form to that destination (this can be in the

past, present, or future).

7. You will be able to experience everything using your astral eyes, ears,

and body.

8. When  you are finished, return your astral body back to you.

9. Then open your eyes.

This is a very simplified, but advanced astral travel technique. But it really does not need to be more complicated than what I just taught you!

Try it and you are going to be amazed at what happens. And remember, do not expect perfect results the first time you try it. Not even the fourth or fifth time you try it. Since this is a very advanced psychic technique, it takes lots of practice! Practice it, and you might even see and my mother traveling around in the astral planes! Hope to see you there!
