I wanted to share another technique that will help you take control of your thoughts, calm your mind, and give you more inner peace in your life!
Calming your thoughts and controlling your mind, gives you more inner peace, and lets you start living a happier, less stress filled life.
But until then, try this technique:
- Sit for 1 minute, breathing slowly in and out.
- Next, repeat the following words to yourself: “Shalom, Shalom, Rama, Shalom”
- Do this for 5 minutes.
- After 5 minutes, you will feel at peace, and your thoughts will be clearer!
This technique is very powerful and it really works!!
This technique clears your aura, and opens your chakras! Do this twice a day for a week, and you will notice a huge difference on your outlooks on life!
