It is normal to feel surprise or shock at this seemingly “new” information. This energy can actually open your mind and sharpen it by demanding you to consider a different point of view. The energy is not meant to harm you, it is meant to help you see things you might not have been paying attention to before.

Relax and be open, yet trust your own experience. Detach yourself from your own beliefs, and ask yourself why you had these beliefs in the first place. Now is the best time to grow out any outmoded ways of thinking, and take in new experiences.
