Water Spirits – Magical Beings That Can Lift You When You’re Down!
During a recent Astral Travel with my Spirit guide Macar, he has introduced me to an elemental that I have not encountered before. This elemental’s appearance is very beautiful, and each of its movements suggest grace.
They are found in places close to bodies of water, and they are mostly female. They are the Undines, elusive water elementals that, even to this day, remain very reclusive.
Undines are rarely seen, even by talented clairvoyants. This is because they are water elementals, and as such, they are just as fluid as the water they control. It is therefore very easy for them to run away and hide whenever they feel someone unwelcome close by.
I consider myself very lucky to be among the few psychics that was allowed to gaze upon them, even if it was just for a short while.
How Do Undines Look?
First and foremost, let me tell you that I have not seen a more beautiful elemental than the undine I was privileged enough to look at that day. Almost all of them are feminine in appearance, wearing robes that are seemingly made out of water.
They were quite tall for elementals, too. The female water spirit I was looking at was easily as tall as me, and there were others around that seem to be even taller. However, I was told by my Spirit Guide that the ones who inhabit the smaller bodies of water are also smaller in size.
They projected a very positive, peaceful energy, and I felt very serene while I was in their presence. When I tried to communicate with them, I noticed that their responses were primarily being picked up by my Solar Plexus Chakra, which means that they are elementals that can synchronize with the emotions of people.
Where Can Undines Be Found?
They can be found in bodies of water that are surrounded by nature. Ponds, streams, and waterfalls are good places to find Undines. However, it is very important to remember that these elementals are very perceptive of the people who approach them.
This means that if they detect negative energy in your aura, they will most probably run away and not reveal themselves to you.
I believe this is the reason why very few have seen them so far. Very few people have been pure enough to see them.
How Can Undines Help You?
Undines may be elusive, but I can tell you right now that the benefits of establishing connection with them is well worth it. For one, they act as very effective calming elementals, able to cool down even your most intense emotions.
They can also be very loyal to humans who they have allowed to get close to them. They can also give you emotional advice, since they are naturally wise.
How To Connect With Water Spirits
To connect worth their energies, go to the ocean, a lake, pond, creek, or any moving body of water. Then as you stand there at the edge of the water, just close your eyes, and silently in your mind, repeat the following words: “I desire to connect with the loving healing energy of the water spirits. I ask them to cleanse my body, mind, and spirit, and to fill me with the love and power of white light!”
You should feel lighter, and maybe even cleansed, depending how sensitive you are to feeling energy. You can repeat this anytime you need a lift of energy.
After the first time, you don;t need to go back to the body of water. Simply recall it in your mind, as if you are there, and then repeat the words above.
I must say that encounter with an Undine was an Astral travel well worth the effort!
